UK ORDERS

We ship orders valued at £50 and above FREE in the UK and the Isle of Man. 

Orders valued under £50 will be charged £2.95.

Unless your item states made to order, we aim to ship in 1-3 working days. You will be notified of any delays.

Standard and Tracked parcels are usually delivered within 3-4 working days but occasionally take longer. Special Delivery is usually delivered the next working day after we ship, though can sometimes be slower.

Delays are especially common for remote Scottish addresses, those in NI or Isle of Man.

During December, all services slow down and delivery estimates are longer.

In the very unlikely event your parcel does not arrive: parcels are not considered lost until Royal Mail confirm your parcel is lost. Delays are relatively frequent but proper loss is rare. The lost parcel confirmation process typically takes 10-20 working days.

CARD PAYMENTS & DELIVERY ADDRESS

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with PayPal. We do not gain access to your card details once entered on this website - they are encrypted and remain entirely secure.

Our bank insists we ship to the cardholder's address only; this is a fraud prevention measure and one which we cannot change.
