Silver is a strong, durable and hypoallergenic metal that has been treasured by humans for thousands of years. It is a lot less expensive than gold, and is a great alternative for jewellery.
Solid Gold & Silver Jewellery
We warranty all of our solid gold and silver items against manufacturing faults for 24 months. We offer a refund or repair warranty within 6 months, and repair only warranty after 6 months.
Manufacturing faults include things like faulty clasps and closures.
Manufacturing faults do not include snapped / snagged / pulled chains and bracelets and other wearer damage. If you do happen to break a chain purchased from us, we will do our best to repair it for you. We do charge for repairs, but we don't profit from them. So it's a cost price only repair.
Gold Plated Jewellery
Our normal warranty applies to gold plated jewellery with the following exception:
The gold plating will wear off over time and expose the 925 sterling silver underneath. This is to be expected with wear - and is only covered under our warranty if it happens within 6 months. If you are seeking a longer lasting gold colouring on your jewellery item, you would be best placed to order a fine piece of solid gold jewellery.
If you'd like plated jewellery purchased from us re-plated, we can offer this for a small fee. Please get in touch for more information.
