A beautiful dove/bird charm pendant made from solid 9ct gold.

The dove has been decorated with a diamond cut pattern that catches the light fabulously, while the edging and reverse have a high polish finish.

Across cultures, the dove symbolises peace, purity, love, and hope. In addition, because doves mate for life and share in raising their young, they often represent fidelity, devotion, and lasting relationships at weddings.

Make it a Dove Necklace

We are selling the pendant without a chain, but some suitable options are below to make it a necklace:

• 9ct Gold Curb Chain | 0.8mm
• 9ct Gold Singapore Twist Chain | 1.2mm
• 9ct Gold Trace Chain | 1.2mm

Orders over £100 are shipped FREE. Orders under £100 are shipped at a cost of £2.95. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail - either tracked or special delivery.

Sterling silver and 9ct yellow/rose gold develop tarnish: the product of a chemical reaction. This can happen quickly or slowly over time. Tarnish can look dark, discoloured, patchy and sometimes like a top layer of the metal is coming away.

Tarnish happens to all un-plated silver and gold, but tends to happen most quickly when the jewellery comes into contact with:

• Moisture, Perspiration & Humidity
• Chlorine / Pool / Hot Tub Chemicals
• Shampoos/Body Wash
• Sun Cream
• Perfumes, Moisturisers & Cosmetics
• Household Cleaning Products
• Insect Repellent

Light tarnish can be removed effectively from sterling silver and 9ct yellow or rose gold with a dedicated dry polishing cloth and we recommend the Town Talk brand. They have cloths for silver and gold. Please do not use these cloths on gold plated jewellery.

If the tarnish is heavy or stubborn, a clean with a wet Cape Cod Fine Metal Polishing Cloth first, followed by the dry Town Talk cloth afterwards, can work wonders.

You can pick up all these cloths for a few pounds on eBay and Amazon.

Always clean your jewellery gently and sparingly. Never polish plated jewellery - clean with a microfibre cloth only. Treat white gold as plated jewellery and be cautious with rose gold. Sterling silver plated in rhodium will also not polish well.

If you are struggling to remove stubborn tarnish, we are always happy to clean jewellery purchased from us provided you cover the postage in both directions. Please send us a friendly email to let us know.
