A beautiful little pear shaped charm with a pinky-red cubic zirconia stone 3-claw set into solid 9ct gold. The charm is frequently bought to add to bracelets or pair with a delicate gold chain necklace such as our 9ct yellow gold 0.8mm curb chain.

Yes it will. Genuine sterling silver and 9ct gold both develop tarnish (the product of a chemical reaction), and this can happen quite quickly or slowly over time. Tarnish can look dark, discoloured or patchy and sometimes like a top layer of the metal is coming away - be assured it is not.

Tarnish tends to happen most quickly when the jewellery comes into contact with:

• Moisture
• Chlorine / Pool / Hot Tub Chemicals
• Shampoos/Body Wash
• Sun Cream
• Perfumes, Moisturisers & Cosmetics
• Household Cleaning Products
• Insect Repellent
• Perspiration & Humidity (this one can be difficult to avoid)

Light tarnish can be removed effectively with a dedicated dry silver polishing cloth (we use the Town Talk brand) and these can be ordered from ebay/amazon inexpensively. If the tarnish is heavy or stubborn, a clean with a wet Cape Cod metal polishing cloth first, followed by the dry cloth afterwards will work wonders. Again, you will find these for sale online.

Always clean your jewellery gently and sparingly. Never polish gold plated jewellery - that should be cleaned with a microfibre cloth only.

Orders over £50 are shipped FREE. Orders under £50 are shipped at a cost of £2.95. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail - either tracked or special delivery.

USA & EU ORDERS

Standard airmail delivery costs £7.50 GBP and usually takes 2-3 weeks. An express upgrade is also available at the checkout.

RETURNS

You can return your jewellery within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, except items we have engraved or altered for you. Return costs are your responsibility.

CHRISTMAS GIFTING

We extend our returns period at Christmas time. Items purchased from 1st Nov can be returned up to 15th Jan for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in new condition. Again, engraved and altered items are excluded.

MULTI-BUY DISCOUNT

We keep our prices reasonable all year round, which means we can rarely offer discounts. However, if you add two or more pairs of earrings to your basket (or in the case of helix earrings, two or more single earrings), an automatic 5% discount will be applied with our thanks.
