Orders over £50 are shipped FREE. Orders under £50 are shipped at a cost of £2.95. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail - either tracked or special delivery.

EU & USA ORDERS

Standard airmail delivery cost £7.50 outside of the UK. A DHL Express upgrade is also available at the checkout.

RETURNS

You can return your jewellery within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, except items we have engraved or altered for you. Return costs are your responsibility.

Never go anywhere else if like me you come out in a rash with 925 Sterling silver.

Most importantly I ordered an 18 inch chain and it arrived in a lovely box surrounded by white tissue and a lovely stamp holding the tissue paper in place. When I called Sterling and Wilde, to explain I'd made a mistake and because I've been extremely poorly, battling pneumonia, I think I spoke to David; hope I got the name right, he said "no problem, I'll send you a 22 inch when we receive the 18 inch, but I will have to charge you an extra £6 for the 22" chain". Beautiful chain and clearly solid silver, as I haven't come out in a rash. Delivery was very quick.

The jewellery was beautiful. It arrived promptly and was gorgeously packaged. When you are spending over £100 on an item of beauty it is so nice to see it presented with care rather than in a plastic bag in a non descript brown envelope as many things are these days.
