UK ORDERS

We ship all orders fast and free. If you live in the UK, your order will be sent via Royal Mail - either tracked or special delivery depending on value.

EU & USA ORDERS

Delivery is also free outside the UK. We send international orders via a standard tracked airmail service (usually takes up to 2 weeks) or for higher value orders, via DHL Express.

Note: for both UK and international orders, we are only able ship to the cardholder's address.

RETURNS

You can return your jewellery within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, except items we have engraved or altered for you. Return costs are your responsibility.

Multi-buy Discount

We keep our prices reasonable all year round, which means we can rarely offer discounts. However, if you add two or more items (excluding bundled pendant chains) to your basket, an automatic 5% discount will be applied with our thanks.

Loyalty Discount

Repeat purchasers can use the code LOYALTY to get a 5% discount off their order, assuming they use the same name and email at the checkout. With so many shops to choose from, we really appreciate our return customers and hope this small gesture shows our thanks.
