This dainty floral heart locket is crafted from solid 9ct yellow gold and features a delicate floral engraving on one side, with a plain, polished reverse for a classic finish. Measuring 1.6 × 1.7 cm and weighing 1.95 g, it opens to reveal space inside for two treasured photos, making it a timeless way to keep loved ones close.

The locket case and bail are solid gold, while the inner frames are crafted from base metal. It is sold without a chain, but shown here with our 9ct yellow gold fine 1.2mm trace chain, available separately. The internal bail size is 3 × 4 mm, and for security, we recommend pairing it with a chain that weighs at least half the locket’s weight.

Orders over £50 are shipped FREE. Orders under £50 are shipped at a cost of £2.95. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail - either tracked or special delivery.

USA & EU ORDERS

We ship to the USA and select countries in the EU via DPD for £15. Allow approx a week for items to arrive that are not made to order. Note that customs checks are out of our control and may delay your parcel arriving.

RETURNS

You can return your jewellery within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, except items we have engraved or altered for you. Return costs are your responsibility.

CHRISTMAS GIFTING

We extend our returns period at Christmas time. Items purchased from 1st Nov can be returned up to 15th Jan for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in new condition. Again, engraved and altered items are excluded.

MULTI-BUY DISCOUNT

We keep our prices reasonable all year round, which means we can rarely offer discounts. However, if you add two or more pairs of earrings to your basket (or in the case of helix earrings, two or more single earrings), an automatic 5% discount will be applied with our thanks.

Sterling silver and 9ct yellow/rose gold all develop tarnish (the product of a chemical reaction), and this can happen quite quickly or slowly over time. Tarnish can look dark, discoloured or patchy and sometimes like a top layer of the metal is coming away - be assured it is not.

Tarnish tends to happen most quickly when the jewellery comes into contact with:

• Shampoos/Body Wash
• Sun Cream
• Perfumes, Moisturisers & Cosmetics
• Household Cleaning Products
• Insect Repellent

Light tarnish can be removed effectively from sterling silver and 9ct yellow or rose gold with a dedicated dry polishing cloth and we recommend the Town Talk brand. They have cloths for silver and gold. Please do not use these cloths on gold plated jewellery.
