Are your gold chains made from real gold?
Most of our chains are made from real 9ct gold. We do stock a few chains made from sterling silver plated in gold, but we are very clear on the product page where that is the case. You won't get confused.
Chain care essentials
Never sleep in your gold chain - it will weaken and snap. Avoid chemicals like pool water, perfumes, and creams. Remove before sports or activities where it could snag.
When adding a pendant to your chain, ensure it weighs no more than twice the chain's weight. Only use solid gold chains for pendants; semi-hollow chains cannot handle extra weight.
Best lengths
Our most popular lengths for women are 16-22 inches, and for men 20-26 inches.
Warranty
Our 12month warranty covers manufacturing defects like clasp failures, but not breakage from misuse. Follow care instructions to avoid damage.
