A beautiful antique ring, crafted from 18ct yellow gold with a platinum tipped setting. In the setting sit 5 diamonds, graduated down from an old cut in the middle to single cuts at either edge. They are heavily included stones, but that is not visible to the eye. Because of the platinum illusion setting, all one sees when looking at the ring is brightness and shine.

This ring is a really classic design of the Edwardian - Art Deco era. Dainty, delicate, bright and feminine. Almost lace-like in appearance. At some point this lovely old ring has passed through a pawn broker and collected a more modern Sheffield hallmark, but the original 18ct stamp from when it was made is still visible on the shank, reassuring of its provenance.

This diamond ring is a beautiful and timeless piece of jewellery. It would make a perfect antique engagement ring, but equally a lovely choice to celebrate another special occasion such as a birthday or graduation. Whoever decides to be this ring's next custodian, will be thrilled.

USA & EU ORDERS

We ship to the USA and select countries in the EU via DPD for £15. Allow approx a week for items to arrive that are not made to order. Note that customs checks are out of our control and may delay your parcel arriving.

RETURNS

You can return your jewellery within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, except items we have engraved or altered for you. Return costs are your responsibility.

CHRISTMAS GIFTING

We extend our returns period at Christmas time. Items purchased from 1st Nov can be returned up to 15th Jan for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in new condition. Again, engraved and altered items are excluded.

MULTI-BUY DISCOUNT

We keep our prices reasonable all year round, which means we can rarely offer discounts. However, if you add two or more pairs of earrings to your basket (or in the case of helix earrings, two or more single earrings), an automatic 5% discount will be applied with our thanks.

Sterling silver and 9ct yellow/rose gold all develop tarnish (the product of a chemical reaction), and this can happen quite quickly or slowly over time. Tarnish can look dark, discoloured or patchy and sometimes like a top layer of the metal is coming away - be assured it is not.

Tarnish tends to happen most quickly when the jewellery comes into contact with:

• Shampoos/Body Wash
• Sun Cream
• Perfumes, Moisturisers & Cosmetics
• Household Cleaning Products
• Insect Repellent

Light tarnish can be removed effectively from sterling silver and 9ct yellow or rose gold with a dedicated dry polishing cloth and we recommend the Town Talk brand. They have cloths for silver and gold. Please do not use these cloths on gold plated jewellery.
