This medical alert dog tag necklace is crafted from solid sterling silver and designed for both men and women. The tag measures 2 × 3 cm (excluding the bail) and features the medical alert symbol engraved on the front, with a plain reverse ready to be personalised with your essential information. We can engrave up to five short lines, carefully laid out to ensure clarity and legibility.

The pendant comes on a high-quality 1.5 mm faceted belcher chain, available in 18–24 inch lengths, with a chain weight of 4–5 g. This is a practical yet stylish piece of jewellery that provides peace of mind and can be worn with confidence every day.

Orders over £50 are shipped FREE. Orders under £50 are shipped at a cost of £2.95. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail - either tracked or special delivery.

USA & EU ORDERS

We ship to the USA and select countries in the EU via DPD (we no longer offer slower airmail options) for £15. Allow about a week for your item to arrive, but note that customs checks can sometimes delay your parcel - these are out of our control.

RETURNS

You can return your jewellery within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, except items we have engraved or altered for you. Return costs are your responsibility.

CHRISTMAS GIFTING

We extend our returns period at Christmas time. Items purchased from 1st Nov can be returned up to 15th Jan for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in new condition. Again, engraved and altered items are excluded.

MULTI-BUY DISCOUNT

We keep our prices reasonable all year round, which means we can rarely offer discounts. However, if you add two or more pairs of earrings to your basket (or in the case of helix earrings, two or more single earrings), an automatic 5% discount will be applied with our thanks.

We also offer 5% off when you add two or more anklets to your basket.

LOYALTY DISCOUNT

Purchasers who have ordered at least twice previously can use the code LOYALTY to get a 5% discount off their next order, assuming they use the same name and email at the checkout. Sterling silver and 9ct yellow/rose gold all develop tarnish (the product of a chemical reaction), and this can happen quite quickly or slowly over time. Tarnish can look dark, discoloured or patchy and sometimes like a top layer of the metal is coming away - be assured it is not.

Tarnish tends to happen most quickly when the jewellery comes into contact with:

• Chlorine / Pool / Hot Tub Chemicals
• Shampoos/Body Wash
• Sun Cream
• Perfumes, Moisturisers & Cosmetics
• Household Cleaning Products
• Insect Repellent

Light tarnish can be removed effectively from sterling silver and 9ct yellow or rose gold with a dedicated dry polishing cloth and we recommend the Town Talk brand. They have cloths for silver and gold. Please do not use these cloths on gold plated jewellery.
